Integrative Case Study

This is a capstone paper at the end of MBA Part One and the Postgraduate Diploma Programme in Management Studies. It seeks to integrate all those learnings into a real life case study. You will work in teams to either develop a strategy for a real organisation or validate/extend an existing organisation strategy. This will be a two day exit residency and the outcome will be presented in a case study competition format.

These are essential to high-performing organisations and require authentic leadership that is sustainable

This paper will reinforce and expand your knowledge gained during the MBA.
